This vintage ring has been beautifully crafted by Navajo silversmith Orville Tsinnie of Shiprock New Mexico. A beautifully polished rectangular black onyx stone is set in a simple sterling silver setting with a 4 split silver band and four silver raindrop beads on each side. The front of the stone is 1 tall. The ring size is 5. The ring is signed with Orville's hallmark and is in great vintage condition. Orville and Darlene made beautiful jewelry from their studio near Shiprock, New Mexico. Orville first learned the silversmithing trade from his brother-in-law, who was a silversmith.

He became a master silversmith and earned many awards over 40+ years of jewelry-making, including a Lifetime Achievement award from the Indian Arts and Crafts Association. Orville passed away in 2017.
